Ian McIlhiney (1967 - 1974)
I was a pupil from '67 to '74 and have been reviewing
this site. It's weird to look back. Although a lot of what is on
there is before my time, my school years were very important and I can
probably still recite the class roll call.
I am really sad to see the Trinity buildings are being demolished.

Abington Park Lake Survey
One of the very first times we were out of school in term time was to survey the small lake at Abington Park with Mr Winkworth. We were told to meet there and I went off with a group of cyclists to the lake. Ian Smith was one of the group he managed to come off his bike half way down the big hill by the park damaging his bike and grazing his leg. I remember the day as an 11year old as a great adventure does anybody else remember this or what a great teacher Form and maths teacher Mr Winkworth was?
