Open for Business
Although total construction work was not finished until 2008, the new
school opened in September 2004, as planned. It used some of the
new buildings, plus parts of what had once been the Girls Grammar
School. It was not an ideal arrangement. Janet Anderton was
working at the school at the time and she wrote about the opening.
Janet invited Ian Dow along to tour the school in December 2004 and I
